Please make sure that the garment is in the same condition in which it was shipped, unused and in its original packaging, with all Ted Ferde tags still attached. Once we receive the return package, we will take 7 days to review and process your exchange.

We do not accept any returns. However, we do offer store credit.

Q. . What if the garment received is faulty or damaged?In case the item delivered is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Please note that the item will not be accepted for an exchange if the number of days exceeds 7.
