Shipping

We ship across India and offer free shipping to all our customers. Prepaid Orders are shipped free of cost all across India.

You can expect your order to reach you within 5-7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email notification from us which will include a tracking link that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello@tedferde.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

The COD orders also include cash handling charges, which are as follow:

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Our delivery partner will facilitate a pick-up service from the delivery location, free of cost.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@tedferde.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Unfortunately, we do not offer or accept any returns or refunds. However, we do offer store credit.

Please note that accessories, sale items, and gift cards cannot be exchanged.
