Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
You can request for an exchange within 7 days of receiving the package. Please make sure that the garment is in the same condition in which it was shipped, unused and in its original packaging, with all Ted Ferde tags still attached. Once we receive the return package, we will take 7 days to review and process your exchange.
Q. What if the garment received is faulty or damaged?
In case the item delivered is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Please note that the item will not be accepted for an exchange if the number of days exceeds 7.
We do not accept any returns. However, we do offer store credit.
Q. What if the item I purchased is out of stock?
If the item you purchased has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and a full refund will be offered. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Q. Is there a pick up service for the items that I need to exchange?
Our delivery partner will facilitate the return, free of cost.
